Job description
The role is to help and optimise Ami as part of a small collaborative team. You will learn how to teach and improve Ami, test new developments and analyse conversations.
You will get exposure to all sorts of projects. You could be:
- Analysing conversations between customers and Ami
- Improving Ami’s comprehension by filling any knowledge gaps
- Testing new developments within Ami
- Preparing Demonstrations of Ami for clients
- Ad-hoc business and administrative support tasks
You will work directly with the experienced founders of the business, household name companies and be able to build your contact book with some very senior people!
Person specification
Please note that the candidate will be working remotely, and so must have access to a PC/laptop with a functioning webcam for client and team meetings.
We are looking for an adaptable and analytical candidate, with excellent English. A Linguistics or STEM degree is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided.
It is also important that the candidate enjoys dealing with changing work demands and working to deadlines. This is the sort of role that you can help define and make your own.
