Due to continued ambition and expansion, my client, a software house dedicated to the development of bespoke software solutions for the energy industry, are actively seeking a Graduate / Junior Developer.
The Company;
With a global presence my client enjoys an excellent industry reputation for the development of state-of-the-art, bespoke software and web applications. Based in Berkhamstead and with fantastic access to the surrounding areas including, London, Aylesbury and High Wycombe, the company have excellent facilities and infrastructure designed to deliver the best possible end product. It is due to this continued ambition and expansion that my client is actively seeking a new addition to their IT team in the form of a Graduate / Junior Developer
The Job;
The position entails working in a close-knit team of fellow software engineers/developers across the SDLC. The successful applicant can expect to work on enterprise level software, which are bespoke, and largely #39&Greenfield#39& in nature. With excellent in-house training structures, for the right person this promises to be a richly challenging and rewarding position in both the short and long terms.
Using some of the most cutting-edge software packages available, my client is able to deliver PC and web applications that are of business-critical importance to their clientele. It is projected that for the most part the successful candidate will be developing web front ends in technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, React.js HTML and CSS. And, on the back-end programming business logic using the cutting edge 4D Language - in which thorough training will be provided. It is also expected that there will be some Database Design and Development.
As the training schemes are so strong it is important to my client that they hire genuinely career motivated, enthusiastic people with the ability to pick up new skills quickly. The measure for this is a qualification in computer science, which is a requisite for the role.
