At Blue Zinc IT, part of ClearCourse, we specialise in the optimization and automation of Referral and Practice Management. We have developed and brought to market the TM3 Patient and Practice Management suite of products which have revolutionised clinics across the UK, Ireland and Australia. Some of the biggest clinics and leading names in the industries in which we operate use TM2 to transform how their businesses run, including the largest group of physiotherapists in the UK outside the NHS, Nuffield Health Wellbeing.
We have combined the talents of experienced professionals in the IT industry with a highly skilled and enthusiastic technical and commercial team to produce a friendly and innovative company.
We are now looking to expand this team with the appointment of a new IT Support Analyst to complement our existing team in the implementation and support of the TM3 product range.

Key Accountabilities: Desired experience/ skills
- Carrying out day to day support for clients, including emails, LiveChat, phone calls etc.
- Documenting all support calls taken and using the required software for the purpose
- Handling questions, problems and issues from potential/existing clients
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of TM2 & TM3 for clients
- Assisting in all technical queries from clients including hardware
- Liaising with potential and actual clients with regard to Blue Zinc software products
- The installation or deployment of PC based or Internet based products
Desired experience/ skills:
- Degree in an IT related Industry i.e BSC Computing & Information Technology, BSC Information Communications Technology
- Knowledge of effective customer service
- Technical knowledge of current information technology
- Experience of database use (preferably SQL Server)
