About the Role
The Associate Application Consultant will work within the Enterprise Solutions business, the software arm of LexisNexis. They will work with the Lexis® Omni legal technology platform, built on Microsoft Azure, which includes at the core; Lexis® Visualfiles™, the market leading case management and business process automation software solution www.lexisnexis-es.co.uk
You will be responsible for the successful implementation of assigned products at client sites. You'll be providing pre-installation assessment, business and systems analysis, hardware and software installation, and post-installation implementation assessment. You will work collaboratively to achieve customer success.
Responsibilities
Upon completion of your training program, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that a high level of client service is always maintained by you
- Understanding the contracted statement of work for all works assigned to you
- Being accountable for delivering the application consulting services that they are assigned to you
- Ensuring that all contracted deliverables are created as per the agreed standards
- Attending regular product sessions to ensure you are keeping up to date with the required skills
Requirements
- Have a degree in IT, Business, Law or equivalent
- Have an interest in Enterprise Software Solutions
- Be a quick learner, who can demonstrate picking up a new task and running with it through to a successful outcome
- Manage demands on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be an excellent problem-solver, demonstrate your ability to research and effectively troubleshoot/diagnose problems
- Be able to exercise independent judgement and take action with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Have a proven track record of relationship building skills
- Have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience
- Be able to present information in a concise and effective manner
- Have excellent time management skills

Salary: £1.00-£2.00 per year
