Role Summary
We are looking for Graduate Implementation Analysts to join our team to be a part of the continual evolution of the Compendia system and rollout of our software to our client. Our Compendia Touch platform is the system our clients will use to complete all Pensions Administration for their Pension schemes.
The team is responsible for the implementation of our Compendia application to new clients both software and TPA, whilst also maintaining the model processes provided as part of the Compendia application, including legislative changes, ongoing maintenance, and new developments.
It is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is not only responsible for the core configuration of the system, but also working closely with the ongoing development of Compendia, this includes contributing to development plans, reviewing enhancement requests, Compendia rollouts and producing prototypes for new functionality.

​ Department Information
We are responsible for end-to-end delivery of all EQ Technology and Software services into EQ Retirement Solutions and our software clients. Essentially this breaks down into two main areas, namely, Platform Development and Professional Services. This reflected in the structure with most functions being accountable for both platform development and delivery services. The majority of platforms are used by EQ Paymaster internally and some platforms are in use by external software clients who we also support.
We have a continual programme of development of both the main products and the subsidiary products across both the workplace/occupational and L&P market sectors. The current focus is on the next iteration of the Compendia product, Compendia Touch, which is built on a refreshed technology stack. Our roadmap looking forwards includes further Compendia developments to support the business operate efficiently and expand its market offering.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Working across all aspects of the Compendia Touch application.
Liaising with clients (both internal and external) to understand their requirements for the Compendia Touch application.
Analysing, documenting and estimating client requirements.
Configuring and testing the Compendia Touch application.
Enhancing and developing the Touch Model.
Improving the implementation practices and procedures.
Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system.
