YOUR ROLE
- Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant.
- This role is a 12-months fixed term contract.
- You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration.
- You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties.
- Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub
- You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as:
Diversity & Inclusion,
Learning & Development
Employee Wellbeing
- Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy.
- You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field
- Strong IT skills; good working knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
- SAP or other HRIS systems knowledge is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and administration skills
- Good analytical skills and time management
- Team player with clear communication skills
Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 1st February – 3rd March but may close earlier if volumes are high
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of March
