We are excited to launch the search for a bright, enthusiastic Graduate Executive to join our Operations, Client Services team at Savanta.

The Role – Graduate Executive


At the heart of Savanta is a talented Operations team and we have an opportunity for a conscientious, well organised individual to join as a Graduate Executive


This team helps to deliver research and data services to a wide portfolio of Market Research agencies, Media agencies and Management Consultancies.


You’ll become an active part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of research projects from start to finish. These are hands-on roles designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high quality work while developing your career at pace.


The role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork, although knowledge of other methodologies is beneficial.


This role will suit a person who has a high attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Executive roles are ideally suited to Graduates with some previous work experience who have a genuine interest in the Market Research sector, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.


As well as the enthusiasm to handle practical work and the confidence to ask questions or make suggestions on improvements, applicants should possess:


  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Education to Degree level or equivalent
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong numeracy skills (minimum grade B at GCSE or equivalent)
  • Ability to work well in teams and with a broad range of people
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
