Job Description:
We are excited to welcome 2 new Graduate recruitment consultants into our expanding team, offering the right applicant an excellent opportunity to begin a career in sales and recruitment.
We are seeking highly motivated applicants to join our team as a GraduateRecruitment Consultant. You will be provided with all the tools and training required which will ensure you have the necessary skills which will support your career.
Specialising in healthcare recruitment, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing qualified NHS healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing Clients and
Candidates.
· Proactively sourcing and identifying healthcare talent through various channels,
including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
· Conducting thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure the
suitability of candidates for specific roles.
· Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing tailored
recruitment solutions.
Requirements:
· No recruitment experience is required however previous sales experience would be
preferable.
· Willing to learn on the job, be target driven, financially motivated and can
demonstrate initiative to problem solve.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hardworking with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Confident using excel/word
