Full Time Belfast, Northern Ireland 38000 - 49459 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

In Deals we solve the important problems that stand in the way of value being created, sustained, realised or protected for our clients – working together to aid responsible recovery and growth. Working on iconic deals with national and global clients, we put together major mergers and acquisitions and resolve business crises - from international take-over bids to financial crime investigations and cases of insolvency. We draw upon our deals experience across many industries to support and partner with our clients, to positively impact society and the communities in which we operate.

Contract Governance and Compliance (CGC)
Our global team of licensing professionals conduct reviews across a range of multinational companies on behalf of our clients who represent some of the largest organisations globally. Using a range of skill sets, we work to ensure the completeness and accuracy of fees reported by customers to our clients for the use of their intellectual property.

As part of this role our team members have regular client contact and interaction, the opportunity to travel and a clear pathway to build a career in a busy and supportive team with clear plans for future growth.

Programme

Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.

What you'll do

As part of its daily work our team collates and analyses data, address discrepancies, summarise findings, and ensures continuous project management. You will be responsible for your own caseload, meeting deadlines agreed with clients, and will be actively encouraged to contribute to the development and improvement of program delivery and efficiency.

More specifically, as a member of our team you will have the opportunity to:
  • manage the delivery of multiple software license compliance reviews to agreed timeframes and budgets, with assistance from other colleagues within the team
  • build your own network of relationships with the global clients that we work with on a daily basis
  • travel within Europe and further afield while undertaking on site client engagements as well as interacting with our clients at their offices
  • build a career amongst a team with progression opportunities and a clear plan for further growth.

What you'll gain

You’ll study to become a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).

You will have a dedicated team "buddy" to support and answer any initial questions to help you get embedded, as well as a dedicated Career Coach to aid your professional development.

What you'll need

You'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
