Job description
We are working closely with a client who is looking for someone to join the business who has numerical and analytical skills, the role is fundamental to continued growth as a business and presents a fast-moving challenge that will practice your creativity and commercial flair along with analytical aspects.
The successful candidate will work closely with the data team to implement data-driven solutions, manipulate large datasets, and perform various statistical analyses to provide valuable insights to our clients. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

The main roles and responsibilities are to:
- Identify business requirements and opportunities for data-driven insights.
- Analysing complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, developing algorithms and models to support data-driven decision-making, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Data cleaning and processing, database management, and data visualization
- Create dashboards and other user-friendly reporting tools to aid.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree within a related field such as Maths, Computer Science, Economics, Physics etc. (2:1)
- Organisation skills
- Able to work as a team and autonomously.
- Good teamwork ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Numerical ability and passion for what they do.
- Drive and desire to succeed.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques is desirable.
