My client is a respected leader in the provision of IT software and consulting services within the data analytics industry.
Details:
This company is keen to hire recent graduates to train as data insight analysts to work within their professional services team.
The role will involve delivering data analytics solutions to the firm's clients using a number of data analytics technologies.
You will be expected to interact directly with clients and peers to design and implement data analytics solutions to varying number of requirements; contributing innovative solutions to help clients solve hard problems;
You will receive excellent training in a variety of data analysis and data science softwares. You should have the ability to learn new software quickly and have good analytical and problem solving skills; As there is an element of client facing activity with this role you should have excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
This position will require some travelling time to visit clients primarily in the UK but on occasion to other international locations.
The client has offices in West Yorkshire and ideally would like to hire candidates who would be happy to live within commutable distances for the odd day in the office- most of your work however can be done remotely
Essential Skills:
- 2:1 or higher (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as computer science, engineering,data science, maths or physics.
- Any knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau and or SQL would be an added bonus.
- You should be a confident communicator
- Any past work experience focusing on customer service would be great.
