About the role
As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining database functions, preparing reports, and optimizing in-application SQL statements. You will browse through various web pages of companies, using your analytical skills to attain the correct data and list them accordingly in the system. With strong communication skills, you will handle requests from clients and provide feedback whenever necessary.
The successful candidate will write programming scripts to enhance the functionality and/or performance of company applications, develop database functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers, and create reports using Microsoft SSRS. You will also provide technical assistance to resolve all database issues related to performance, capacity, and access. Working with third-party integrations to transfer data between multiple systems will also be a key part of the role.
About you
You will have a Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, informatics, statistics, or related fields (ideally with 1-2 years post-graduate experience in a similar role). You'll have sound knowledge of DBMS and SQL, and programming languages such as Node, Python, and JavaScript.
Your rewards
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus a travel allowance, yearly salary review, and yearly bonus.
