The role: Graduate Client Support Analyst
The team: Brokerage, Research, Sales & Trading (BRST)The BRST Client Success team is responsible for managing all non-commercial aspects of BRST client relationships. Our business segment comprises a unique set of workflow and data solutions and in EMEA we have a broad and diverse client base including some of the region’s largest banks and financial institutions. We place great emphasis on building and maintaining strong client relationships. We collaborate closely with Client Success teams in other regions and with other departments including sales, product/commercial strategy, product development and technical support.
The impact: Client Support is a critical part of the Client Success organization as it plays a key role in ensuring that each client has an excellent experience working with our company and our products, day in day out. Client Support Analysts are the face of S&P Global and therefore the impression they leave on our clients matter and must be top notch. S&P Global is a client-centric organization and we pride ourselves in the exceptional client service our team provides.

- Resolving clients’ inbound queries
- Providing client training
- Supporting Sales with pre-sales activity
- Performing software testing
- Liaising between clients and internal departments
- Documenting client interactions
- Minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) bachelor’s degree – either already achieved or expected to achieve by summer 2023.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Interest in pursuing a career in financial markets and/or FinTech/data
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident and friendly manner
- Fluency in any European language(s) would be advantageous, but not required
