The Role: Graduate Client Services Analyst

The Location: London, UK

The Team:
The Trading Analytics delivers cutting-edge quantitative tools which help brokers and asset managers synchronize trade execution quality management and meet regulatory compliance reporting needs. Our sophisticated evaluation analytics for algorithms and smart order routers also provide execution quality reporting and trading intelligence to sell-side firms. Increasingly complex trade processes continue to expand the need for performance data and actionable insights to support best execution.

The Impact:
The Trading Analytics team strive to deliver a best-in-class experience in product support, relationship management and customer communications.
The client service team build and maintain strong relationships with customers in top-tier financial institutions on both the buy-side and sell-side, ensuring their requests are prioritized and resolved. They play a critical role partnering with internal groups such as product management, operations, technology, and sales to resolve problems or deliver product enhancements aimed at retaining existing customers and increasing revenues to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to meet end users' needs while routinely offering service reviews and gathering product feedback
  • Host client meetings to aid with training, product demos and troubleshooting
  • Develop and keep knowledge of market structure, microstructure, and TCA to bring an informed perspective to customer engagements
  • Understand the needs of different customers to collaborate with internal teams and ensure we deliver effective solutions to complex problems
  • Partner with Product Management to share client feedback and understand strategic road maps
  • Offer insights to Sales and Product Management to find new business opportunities and support the overall sales process
What We’re Looking For:
  • University graduate or equivalent
  • Financial market awareness in financial technology, multi-asset derivatives pre and post trade processing and services
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python beneficial
  • European languages are a plus
  • Comfortable meeting clients both virtually and in person
  • Ability to balance competing priorities of multiple clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to all levels of management and clientele
Eligibility

We’re now hiring for 2023 full-time roles. We are looking for final year students who are working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent), and due to complete their studies and be available for a full-time role commencing in 2023.
