Role Overview:
Responsible for carrying out evaluation and verification of system capabilities and act as the intermediary between end-users and software developers.
Understanding and defining the Business requirements to support design and development for ongoing projects as part of the company roadmap.
Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to obtain comprehensive business requirements and where required transpose these into technical change management documents.
Develop knowledge on the Britannia system infrastructure to further understand change management impacts.
Working with the Dev team to ensure that the status of JIRA outcomes are kept accurate and up to date in terms of workflow and status.
Creating detailed visual requirements to be presented alongside user requirements to development teams and key stakeholders.
Ensuring comprehensive project documentation as part of the BA function are kept up to date.
Obtaining formal sign-off of business requirements from all key project stakeholders and ensuring traceability throughout the development cycle as requirements evolve.
Essential Skills / Experience:
Clear, accurate and concise communicator with strict attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Strong relationship building, with the ability to engage, negotiate, influence, and collaborate across the organisation.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload and adhere to strict deadlines.
