You will utilise this knowledge to identify organisations and individuals who would benefit from the support of the Criticaleye Community, ultimately bringing value to our members. On the Pre-sales side, you will then approach these leaders and companies in order to build relationships and set up business development meetings for colleagues, constantly maintaining a forward business pipeline.

Our successful candidates must be strong communicators and enthusiastic team players with a thirst for knowledge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment. The role suits social and commercially focused recent graduates, ideally based in or near London, with an interest in the world of business and a hunger to succeed.

  • Maintain and regularly update data and liaison information within our CRM and CMS systems
  • Collaborate across the company with other functions and individuals
  • Manage the new business pipeline, meet agreed key performance indicators and generate new business revenue
  • Opportunities to Chair and host panel discussions with business leaders from a variety of organisations and sectors across the globe
  • Understand clients’ buying processes and proactively identify opportunities to upscale existing Accounts, initiating actions to expand the relationship

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Undergraduate Degree qualified
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Commercially astute with the ability to analyse and research complex information
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and outcome-focused
