ROLE: Graduate Architectural Technologist
LOCATION: Esher - Surrey
SALARY: £23,000 - £27,000 + Package

About Our Client:
This client deliver some of the most outstanding homes in the south of the UK. These may include cinema and cigar rooms, swimming pools and tennis courts, the projects have no boundaries. Additionally to the Bespoke properties, this business also deliver small developments, typically no more than 15 houses or flats but again, to a very high specification.
The Role:
This business are looking to secure an Architectural Technologist who is in the early stages of their career. You may have recently graduated and looking for your first job or have a year or twos experience working within an Architectural Practice or Developer. This company are looking for someone who is driven, passionate about the product and wanting to work on such exquisite properties. With this potentially being an entry level role, personality and education are paramount
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
- A relevant degree, likely to be Architectural Technologist/Architecture or design related
- Be well located to work in the South London/Surrey border office
It is desirable to have:
- A First Class degree
- 1 Years experience.
