Graduate Architect
Our Opportunity:
Salary: £28,500
Location: Birmingham or Cardiff
Start Date: April 2023
Do you want to work on high profile projects in the highways industries such as Wales and Borders, HS2 and the A66?
We provide Landscape consultancy, assessment and design services to major infrastructure and local authority clients, enabling them to manage the transport networks and infrastructure assets that are vital to the sustainable growth of the country.
We bring together a unique partnership of operational and design expertise, which means our plans, designs and solutions are shaped by our knowledge and experience of working across complex infrastructure networks.
From day one you’ll be given real responsibility, gaining invaluable experience and exposure working alongside our industry experts and across your team. As a Graduate, you will be working alongside the team to deliver the following:
- Communications with clients, contractors, third parties, multi-disciplinary team members.
- Delivery of projects on time and to budget.
- Problem solving using design methodologies to provide innovative and economic solutions.
- Technical knowledge for implementing design solutions through production information and specification packages.
- Administration to obtain approvals from clients and third parties, and to manage construction processes.
- To assist the Business Development process in producing information for PQQs and Tenders in relation to the project deliverable to the client and the project deliverable requirement to the business.

What will you bring?
As a Graduate, other than your relevant degree, we don’t expect you to bring prior experience with you when you join us; we will give you all the skills and opportunities
We therefore keep our list of essential requirements to a minimum, but there are a few things needed to qualify for our programme:
- Minimum 2:2 Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Available to join the programme in April 2023
