About the role
Mednet Group is looking to grow the team with a talented graduate who will work within the Account Management team.
The successful candidate will:
- Work with senior team members to manage healthcare projects which includes organising events, creating print and digital materials, conducting research, developing reports/ presentations and liaising with clients
- Work with internal copy writing, design and digital teams to create and approve materials and assets
- Manage tasks on multiple projects to defined timelines and high quality standards. Works with the team to exceed client expectations
- Regularly report to project leads on project and task status both internally and externally, escalating risks, updating project management tools and inputting into weekly project status reports
- Adhere to internal project management and quality control processes and protocols
- Support senior account team members to identify and pursue new project and business opportunities
- Input into team meetings, where all innovative ideas are very welcome
Candidates must:
- Be educated to degree level (2.1) qualification or equivalent. Marketing or science-related degree preferred
- Have excellent IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience of managing projects preferred but not essential
- Industry experience preferred but not essential
Candidates must also:
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and self-motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be organised and able to problem-solve
