The Graduate Account Manager role is part of the Videojet sales team, that is fully remote within or near to London and surrounding areas. However, we are a close-knit team, with office-based support and field engineers, so our associates are never ‘on their own’. This is an opportunity to build and grow a new customer base as well as an opportunity to start a career within the sales function at Videojet Technologies UK.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for building relationships, managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, in a fast paced, multinational and diverse team.

Within your role as an Account Manager, you will:
After a period of on the job (and ongoing) training, shadowing, hands on learning, you will become a trusted advisor and partner for our customers, to develop excellent relationships.
Once you are trained and ready, you will secure and grow revenue within your region by selling and demonstrating Videojet solutions to existing and new customers
Collaborate and work closely with internal teams
Lead sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM (SalesForce.com)
To be successful in this role you will:
Actively participate in a full immersive onboarding experience, to learn about who Videojet are and what we do
Have experience of using problem solving skills and created solutions to resolve issues
Identify the needs of new customers and find the most appropriate Videojet solution to meet the customer's needs, managing their expectations and drive results.
Develop new approaches for daily and standard work, and thus shape the future of your role
