Job description

We are seeking a GP receptionist / Navigator to join our friendly team.

Your main roles will be answering the telephone, booking appointments, checking patients in for their appointment, dealing with patient enquiries.Navigating patients into the correct service when requesting an appointment (training will be provided).

There is the opportunity to take on a further role of complaints administrator (depending on experience), this will be within the advertised hours however their will be a increase in salary.

The role is for 18 hours a week

Hours available: Monday - 12pm - 8pm, Wednesday - 8am - 2pm, Thursday - 2pm - 8pm.

This role is practice based and is not a WFH position.

Full training will be provided however experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: £11.05 per hour
