Would you like to work amongst the beautiful grounds of the Goodwood Estate, at some of the most iconic motorsport and horse racing events in the UK? You could be a part of the exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind delivering renowned events such as the Goodwood Members meeting, The iconic Festival of Speed, Qatar Goodwood Festival, Revival Festival and many more!

- Hospitality / Restaurant / Box Waiting
- Hospitality / Retail Bar Staff
- Hospitality / Bar Runner
- Kiosk and Concession Staff
- Cashiers
- Baristas
Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of food and drink to our guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.
You will be working with chefs, managers, and other catering assistants effectively to ensure a smooth delivery of service. We will offer training for those that have no experience. Personality is key, below are some of the key requirements and responsibilities

- Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately
- Preparing and clearing tables
- Taking orders in restaurants
- Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service
- Preparing simple food and serving tea and coffee
- Develop an understanding of the product range available
- Manage payments through our till system
