Job description
Key Duties:
- Offer exceptional customer service at all times to members and visitors
- Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
- Maintain general office files
- Handle Petty Cash, daily and weekly cash reconciliation
- Assist in Golf Shop replenishing stock, selling merchandise and selling green fees
- Acquaint yourself with all aspects of Health and Safety at the Club including Fire & Emergency policies
- Perform other relevant duties when needed
Requirements:
- Office administration experience.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
Desirable:
Demonstrate knowledge around all subjects related to golf.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.18-£12.00 per hour
