Global Team Lead - IT Support

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a global IT support team, consisting of three sub-teams; Incident, Escalation, and Lifecycle/Procurement, working cross border, to ensure alignment and success of business operations.
- Leading a global IT end-user support team, ensuring quality of service remains consistent and leading on resource management within the team
- Work closely with the CTO and IT management team to align on strategic business initiatives, change management and process improvement
- Overseeing multiple workstreams, with effective delegation and clear project management throughout the teams
- Supporting your team effectively across multiple time zones, ensuring connection and a shared culture are created
- Conduct regular team meetings, facilitating a collaborative approach, providing feedback and continuous learning and development
- Preparing reports, budgets and staffing proposals in line with the Global IT strategy
- Responsible for vendor management, ensuring and maintaining high standards are met
- Adhere to and implement company compliance policies, working with the IT compliance team
- Working with other IT groups and suppliers where necessary
- Prior work experience as a global manager in a professional, multi-layered support organisation, with broad and substantial general IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of organising processes with ITIL principles and Business Process Modelling Language (BPMN), certifications (ITIL or comparable) are a plus
- Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build high performing teams
- Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
