Type: Full Time (12 Hour Shift Patterns inclusive of 2 days, 2 nights followed by 4 days off)

We are looking for a driven professional who is willing to take on a new challenge within our 24/7 global security operating centre as a Global Operations Response Officer. Monitoring travelling clients and emerging risks globally.
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing emergency support to our global travellers utilising our technical solutions (Foresight, Overwatch and Guardian)
- Monitor, identify and report on emerging global risks and situations.
- Respond to incoming alerts, calls and missed check-in notifications.
- Track and monitor clients following bespoke incident response protocols.
- Research and analysis of global incidents to help enhance country intelligence reports, threat assessments and risk assessments.
- Vetting, prioritising and sending relevant and real time travel and security alerts to our travelling or stationary clients.
- Monitor and oversee the operations channel between the on the ground operations personnel and Peregrine Senior Management Team.
- Building and liaising with our current Peregrine global security network.
- Continue to build strong working relationships with all clients.
- Other duties as assigned by Line Manager
