A fantastic role for a highly experienced business Trave Management Company (TMC) Account Manager to manage a high profile client portfolio.
The main aim of the role is to manage the relationship with each client, to ensure the retention of that client during the defined contractual period and to then negotiate a new contract term at the end of each agreement period.
The role is accountable for the commercial performance of each client in line with the agreed commercial agreement.
You will need to take a commercial and proactive approach with the clients and take a hands-on, practical approach to development and problem solving in order to meet both client and Company expectations.
As well as the strong interpersonal skills you would associate with such a senior, client facing role, you will also have advanced industry knowledge, the ability to work with a range of information and be commercially aware.
Previous TMC account management experience is essential, ideally with 5+ years in managing global/multi-national accounts with an industry leading TMC.

Salary: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
