The Building Pool Management (BPM) team in Global Real Estate (GRE) is a dynamic, close-knit group that provides high-quality products and services to support GRE with managing its diverse portfolio, covering over 50 countries, an annual spend of circa 1.3 billion euro and over 4,000 leases. Real Estate deliverables, including overarching coordination of the GRE Occupancy Planning process across all workstreams (i.e. Real Estate Facility Management and Projects) internally within GRE. You will drive efficiencies and standardization across BPM-related activities, working with Business Partners, divisional COOs and Finance.

Your key responsibilities
- Helping to drive efficiencies and standardisation across GRE BPM activities
- Supporting the annual GRE Planning activities, proactively looking for opportunities to maximise
- efficiency and sustainability
- Driving the creation of agendas and coordinate material for key GRE forums
- Supporting the internal coordination of bottom-up cost analysis, collecting / consolidation and review of provider-based portfolio cost developments
- Supporting the review all GRE Plan submissions for completeness, accuracy and adherence to strategy prior to submission to Finance and, where appropriate, challenge and oversee amendments for overspend, inaccuracies etc
Your skills and experience
- Background experience in Real Estate / Finance preferred but not essential
- Experience implementing sustainable processes / frameworks
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience creating Powerpoint presentations
