THE GIG
This is a new and exciting opportunity within Global Marketing, reporting to the Head of Production. Based within the Global Marketing Photo Studio you will support two functions – PR & Production plus have the opportunity to support other functions within the department. You will be responsible for tracking, booking in and management of Global Marketing Samples and will become a product expert working across several seasons simultaneously.
As our Global Production and PR Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Global PR Coordinator and Global PR Manager on all key tasks and ad-hoc administration
- Building product knowledge seasonally to be a Dr.Martens product expert
- Ordering, tracking, booking in and the management of Global Marketing Samples and ensuring updates on sample tracking are logged and communicated to key stakeholders
- Compiling and clipping print and digital coverage (including VIP and Influencers) for the Global business – utilising our clippings agency Launchmetrics
- Providing on set support for in-house and location shoots as and when required for Studio and Brand Marketing
- Updating databases, conducting industry research, creating image libraries, monitoring coverage and more

- An interest and awareness of media and industry news and up to date on culturally relevant events, brand competitors’ activities, talent and social media headlines and fashion launches
- A proactive, organised, and positive presence to ensure you are the go-to person
