Siemens Industry Software has a new opportunity for an Intern to join us on a 12 month paid placement. The Global Operations Support Intern will be based in one of our UK offices.
This position is an exciting chance for someone to network frequently between senior business leaders, the Siemens worldwide organisation and supporting the execution of our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:- Supporting internal Operations projects as needed.
- Gathering, reporting and structuring of market analysis and/or company data.
- Data analysis using Tableau, Excel and/similar tools.
- Provide automation suggestions for Excel and Salesforce.com to streamline the current tools and data accuracy.
- Assist in providing reports for our Product Portfolios to be reviewed by senior leadership.
- Lead and drive projects to completion.
- Maintain and update current reporting dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills including functions and Power Query. Visual Basic would be plus.
- Strong interest in data analytics.
- Data preparation and visualisation using Tableau, Qlikview or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Driven and proactive/ self-starting attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and interest to understand and tackle business problems.
- Eagerness and ability to learn new software and tools.
- Currently studying a numerical/scientific degree would be a plus.
We are looking for a candidate who is driven with a proactive/self-starting demeanour with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Strong attention to detail and communication skills, good organisation, and time management skills.
