Global Mobility Operations Partner – Human Resources

Human Resources lead the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and lead the Global Mobility Operations and Reporting teams and provide support and guidance to the team.
  • Through partnering with HR Stakeholders, gain an understanding of customer needs and the business environment.
  • Assist with oversight, governance and prioritisation of Global Mobility related projects and change requests globally, ensuring all proposed changes are fully understood and that the change aligns to group strategy and fully compliant with local country regulations.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring Global Mobility reach monthly KPI targets, working with other teams in HR when required to resolve any issues. Ownership of all online content designed to help employees with Global Mobility questions.
  • Drive a high quality of service, operational efficiency, and cross border compliance awareness throughout Global Mobility through strong individual leadership.
  • Oversight for GM Service Management (tracking and monitoring GM KPIs to ensure targets are met).
  • Ownership of Global Mobility policies and operational delivery of policies.
  • Global Mobility vendor management, including contract renewals and regular governance and risk requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive experience of working in Global Mobility, particularly an operational management role is essential
  • Experience of managing a team is essential
  • Experience of owning escalation resolution is essential
  • Strong customer experience focus
  • Ability to demonstrate strong influencing, facilitation & stakeholder management skills across all levels of management.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands
  • Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues
  • Ability to summarize complex information and present it to those with no prior knowledge
  • Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail

The base location for this role is London with hybrid working arrangements in place
