Job Purpose
Develop and execute the global Seretide brand strategy and implementation plans by working across complex, cross-functional teams, to deliver omnichannel content that’s data driven and meets our customer and patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Build exceptional brand knowledge and understanding of the brand strategy, science and core value proposition
- Closely partner with MCT markets on content strategy and with region and LOCs to support their localization and execution of Global content
- Partner with the GMD and team in evolving strategic brand plans and lead on developing the strategic implementation plans encompassing customer-centric, integrated omnichannel engagement to drive behaviour shifts & SOV for Customers, Patients and Pharmacists
- Partner with and influence a large, complex cross-functional team including Global Medical, Region, MCT markets, Customer Engagement Leads, Digital Marketing team, Compliance, Legal, CTC & external agency
- Develop and deliver data-driven promotional campaigns and modular content
- Be a team expert on analysing content delivery, utilization and performance data in key markets and deliver data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage resources and A&P spends in the most efficient way with constant measurement of ROI and improvement
- Adapt to agile ways of working – to test, learn and fail fast
- Ensure highest quality, ethics and standards in compliance with the company’s policies & regulations
Why you?
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Master’s degree in Marketing / Business
- Min 8 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Trade Marketing/Commercial Marketing
- Experience in planning/delivering marketing campaigns
- Experience in measuring data-driven marketing campaigns
- Ability to deliver high performance results within deadlines
- Ability to function in highly dynamic, highly visible role and team
- Ability to understand scientific data and communicate this
- Strong experience in omnichannel marketing and in developing programs/solutions for customers with experience in dynamic content effectiveness preferred
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills, influencing capabilities, and ability to work in multi-matrix and multi-cultural teams across diverse geographies and time zones
- A strong accountability and adaptability mindset to deliver high quality outcomes with a constructive attitude under a high-pressure environment
- Strong creativity and critical thinking to create relevant content for customers in existing and in new healthcare ecosystems
