Capgemini are currently recruiting for a Global Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our thriving office in the Scottish Highlands (Nairn). You will be joining an established and friendly team that ensure our UK & wider group L&D projects & activities run smoothly.
Manage the end-to-end operations of our onboarding courses in co-ordination with the facilitators, venues and Learning Business Partners (LBPs) throughout the year, including all scheduling- Create a course calendar for all global courses based on the demand across all countries that is realised from the budgeted exercise
- Manage all requests coming into our global mailbox, including those from LBPs, participants, facilitators and third-party vendors; escalating when required
- Liaise with the LBPs on all University courses, helping to manage demand, deadlines, replacements, cancelations and course charges
- Run the registration process and other operations for our yearly learning event – InventX
- Consider ways to improve our processes and planning - bringing in new ideas as often as possible
- Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the overall L&D budget – ultimately becoming the SME for Invent to the University team, and the LBPs
- Manage and track all global L&D spend through our centralised development fund, which entails creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs), Isows, and invoices related to global courses
- Manage the reconciliations process across all countries and multiple currencies to ensure the correct charges are hitting each country based on participants and facilitators involved in each course/event
- Review and cross-check all spend and charges against a monthly actuals report with the finance team
- Manage and maintain the overall InventX budget aligning closely with the global LBP and University event team
- Collate and summarise key finance and budget information so it can be shared with the LBPs as well ad Invent leadership and other stakeholders on a regular basis

- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint & Excel (training will be given to develop this skill)
