We are looking for a new Global HR officer reporting to our Senior Global HR Business Partner based in our Shoreditch, London office. You will support the Senior Global HR Business Partner whilst working as part of a global team, supporting employees across our global locations. You will work on a mix of HR operational tasks whilst working with other areas of HR, including Talent, Payroll, Benefits and Internal Communications. No one day will be the same; you will gain experience of our global business, and we can offer the opportunity to learn and build your experience. There is the opportunity to grow in this role to become an HR Advisor and beyond. You will be based 2 days a week in our head office in Shoreditch and the rest working from home.
As a Global HR Officer, you will:
- Manage the daily operational HR Team tasks; including processing: Incoming employee messages to our global inbox, HR system changes and maintenance of working patterns, absence updates, processing employee.
- Manage the probationary period process
- Manage the performance management process
- Help with the Great Place to Work accreditations.
- Monitor absence and report
- Support Global HR team on the annual pay review and company benchmarking process and data
- Provide first level HR support for all employees within the designated region
- Support with ER issues, for example performance management, disciplinaries and restructures
- Ensure all handbooks are up to date including all legislative changes and ITRS initiatives
- Support the implementation and promotion of new policies and ways of working
- Participate in implementing HR initiatives and projects across the group
- Assist with the streamlining, design, implementation and management of HR workflows and forms
You will have:
- Experience in HR administration or at HR Officer level
- Understanding of HR operations and willingness to grow experience
- Previous experience using HRIS tools, Cezanne would be advantageous
- Someone who enjoys being involved in multiple projects and tasks at one time
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels in the business.
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Well organized, gets things done well and with good pace
- Proactive, independent and highly motivated self-starter
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
