Global HR Manager, Head of HR, CIPD, MCIPD, Global Experience Required, 6 months FTC initially, Remote
Global HR Manager required to work for a Global organisation based in Europe. However, this is a remote role with some European travel (expenses paid) involved. We need someone who understands people, culture and Employment Law from Belgium and the Netherlands.

The People & Culture Manager (Global) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of people and culture management across the organisation's global operations. The People & Culture Manager will work closely with senior leadership teams to develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with the organisation's overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive HR experience.
Performance and progress in the following areas are the priorities for this position:
· The People & Culture Manager guides, supports, coaches and advises the senior leadership team with people-related strategies, programs and initiatives in the global office. This must be done in alignment with global office strategies and P&C strategy, as well as annual plans and budgets.
· The People & Culture Manager is at the forefront of culture initiatives in the global offices and a role model and champion of overall company values.
· Develop and implement people and culture strategies, policies, and programs that support the organisation's global business objectives and enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
· Provide guidance and support to senior leadership teams on issues related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, compensation, and benefits.
· Design and deliver training programs on various people and culture topics to enhance the capabilities of managers and employees.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external partners, including employment agencies, and other HR-related service providers.
· Keep abreast of best practices, trends, and legal requirements related to people and culture management globally and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
· Provide regular reports and analytics to senior leadership teams on key people and culture metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications required (e.g. University HR degree), and company aligned qualifications in one or more of the following:
o Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
o Learning and Development
o Industrial and Employee Relations
o Modern ways of working (i.e., Agile, Lean)
Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in People & Culture including experience leading a team and/or function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Circa 10 years of experience in people and culture management, including experience working in a global organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of, and preferably experience in, a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing people and culture strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of global employment laws and regulations, including experience in managing employment-related legal matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leadership teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to exercise professional judgment.
- Understanding of contemporary and emerging people issues and practices and the ability to translate and apply these at a team and organisational level.
