Requirements: Social Media
The role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders across departments and regions, working closely with the Global Marketing Director, Global Communications Director, and Global Visual Director to algin on social messaging, and working with regional Head of Communications to localise global strategy on local social channels and digital networks, regularly providing reports and presenting to CEO.
- Build a cross-channel social media strategy with Global Marketing Director and key internal stakeholders (PR & Communications, Creative and Content, Brand and Product Marketing teams).
- Oversee integration of social analytics tools and develop measurement dashboard alongside central and local marketing teams.
- Build and implement community management best practices with Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator/Assistant.
- Ownership of social media processes, content, copy, layout approvals and release with senior stakeholders.
- Share deep social platform expertise, learnings, trends, formats, nuances - develop industry first ideas, innovate and scale.
- Work with LVMH teams on social reporting through Radarly and Linkfluence tools across social listening, competitor benchmarking, owned and earned media performances.
- Develop clear and measurable KPIs, implement performance metrics and goals with ongoing optimisations.
- Regular performance reviews: content, audience, social listening tools, competitors.
- Work with Dash Hudson on new reporting, tracking capabilities participating in beta launches receiving early access to new features from the tool to propel brand forward with new learnings and insights.
- Develop weekly and monthly recaps of learnings and results; generating and understanding reporting with the ability to read data and turn it into useful insights.
- Grow brand presence across existing and emerging social platforms.
- Build new processes and improve social operations.
- Regular liaison with key markets to build strategies and connections with local teams managing organic and paid social across all channels but not limited to FB/IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SnapChat, TikTok, Weibo, WeChat, RED, Douyin, LINE.
- Syndication of social content with the support of local teams implementing global strategy at local level for Weibo, WeChat, RED, Douyin in China and LINE in Japan.
- Manage a small team of social media experts at HQ (Social Media Manager, Social Media Coordinator and Social Media Assistant/Intern).
Requirements: Social Content
This role will be Stella facing, working directly with our founder at times to get content approvals and make necessary edits to bring Stella’s vision and creative direction to life on social channels.
- Oversee management of social content briefs submitted to CID (Creative Team), implement a strategic approach to content mix (brand, product, press, UGC, Stella personal content etc).
- In partnership with CID team and Global Visual Director, build social rollouts with a hybrid data/creative approach for upcoming week, month, campaign(s) for approval by Stella, working closely with in-house Art Director(s) on all the social content pre and post shoots.
- Work closely with in-house producer(s) to deliver social content and provide Stella’s feedback for all edits required.
- Support with coordination of content across other digital departments that will utilise social content (Digital, Paid Media, CRM, Website/E-Commerce).
Qualifications & Attribues:
- Strong leadership qualities, able to drive change and lead teams with can do attitude.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, be resourceful and under pressure to meet deadline.
- Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in driving social media channels through organic and paid tactics.
- Experience building social first content to drive engagement, acquire new followers and generate brand heat focused on Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven track record of defining, implementing, and delivering social plans as well as delivering success at scale.
- Creative and analytical mind that thrives in data-driven environments.
- Experience managing senior business stakeholders and multiple dependencies.
- Proven ability to coordinate outcome of Creative & Production teams (in-house and external).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and significant experience in Social and Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record driving brand awareness, consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Excellent communication and English writing skills.
