About the Role
ARU’s Collaborative Academic Partnerships team provides strategic and operational leadership for our UK and Global partners, including exchange and global experience programmes. Anglia Ruskin is focussed on significantly increasing participation in our global experience programmes to enable a wider and more diverse group of students to take part in these life-changing opportunities. This role is key to supporting this growth. This post will be responsible for providing detailed administrative support for ARU’s global experience programmes, including providing high level support on ARU’s engagement with the UK Government’s Turing Scheme.
With a record of administrative experience in a Higher Education environment, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills combined with efficient and effective administrative skills resulting in the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload and work without direct supervision.
You will have a minimum of two A levels or have a vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent and Ideally with a Degree. You will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in dealing with people across a range of organisations and different cultures, additionally you will have experience administering projects and meeting deadlines.
