Located at Stoneleigh Park, near Coventry. We have an exciting position available to join the events team for a global events company. We are looking for an events assistant who shares our enthusiasm and passion for events! The ideal candidate would be confident, organised, strong attention to detail and experience in the events industry.
The role will be to assist the Global Event Director in day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth preparations and delivery of iVentiv events.
The Role:
- Management and delivery of virtual events
- Creating and manage admin managed events
- Liaise directly with 3rd party stakeholders, communication is key
- Creating event material is produced to a high standard
- Updating Excel sheets, maintaining the CRM General administration and assisting the event manager
- Cover when team members are on holiday/absent
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner
- Being able to work well under pressure
- A high standard of PC skills
- Event experience
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (flexible working required)
Travel globally will be required
