Job description
We're looking for a talented candidate to lead & Develop our Marketing Campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital channels, social media platforms, Websites, SEO, Playlists(i.e Spotify), Written articles and creative briefs.
The main aim of this role will be to elevate the global digital footprint while using valuable data provided by the Business Analyst and external agencies to measure and improve the impact of PHONO global content on digital platforms with the aim of raising brand awareness while driving new business leads and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Write posts that drive likes and shares. (Curate relevant content for your channels)
- Monitor feedback on social media channels & offer support to clients
- Provide a voice on social media & Be the face of PHONO on Socials
- Develop regular reports, insight & analysis based on Google Analytics, Social Media and Playlists
- Oversee the development of and managing the website from both a technical and user experience perspective.
- Develop digital marketing platforms and technical performance – email marketing, online events, social media etc.
- Work closely with team managers to develop briefs and storyboards, and create external videos in line with brand guidelines.
- Be Organised
- Manage the digital content schedule for PHONO global social channels (YouTube, Instagram, Soundcloud, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc)
- Monitor results of campaigns for continuous improvement
- Know our audience - this person will be the closest person to the data provided to us via the business analyst
- Be Collaborative
- Weekly meetings to update all music playlists.
- Be Innovative
- Stay on top of the latest trends, news in our industry and beyond and incorporate into our marketing plans
- Lead on innovative growth strategies for our channels
- Be Strategic
- Be Creative
- Interviews with artists/labels/composers to create compelling content stories
- Copywriting for social media, websites
- Experience running successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills
- Finger on the pulse of social media trends
- Creative mindset with the ability to brief creatives thoroughly
- Organisational skills are key
- Ability to drive campaigns forward.
