An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Global Credit Exotics Trading desk in London. This is part of our Global Credit Trading business, which is a global leading market maker in bonds, credit derivatives, exotic products and solutions. Trading, Sales, Structuring and Research teams work collectively to generate ideas and provide markets to clients.
Our Global Credit Exotics team is responsible for trading and risk managing non-flow products and solutions within the credit asset class, in addition to cross-asset structures relating to equities, rates and commodities. We deal with a broad set of clients globally including banks, distributors, insurers, corporates, asset managers and hedge funds seeking yield enhancement, hedging, access or financing solutions. It deals with both asset and liability side solutions.
Our business is global with a team presence in New York, London, Paris and Hong Kong.
Job responsibilities
- Pricing, execution and risk management of the trading book
- Generation of well-thought relevant, topical investments and trade ideas
- Driving the agenda for the development of innovative products and solutions in partnership with structuring and sales teams
- Active engagement with internal and external stakeholders to provide content, solutions tailored to client needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous experience in credit/fixed income OR an exotics pricing/structuring/quantitative role is preferable
- Excellent technical/analytical skills are essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
