Our client is a boutique finance transformation and technology consultancy who have grown rapidly from a company of five employees to a company of over 90 in four years. Their ambitious organisation has a considered and structured approach with an emphasis on creating a positive, inclusive and open working environment which allows them to serve a wide range of global clients from their offices in London and New York.
They’re passionate about improving the finance function and the value it creates for the organisations they partner with. Currently, they are looking for a Global Consulting Director.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of the learning and development internal offering, including upskilling their teams and supporting their employees’ career enhancement. This role will suit a consultant with a proven track record on team development, coaching and mentoring, looking to move into a consulting director role.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the strategic development of training paths for employees with an overview of the technical training that is provided
- You will lead the performance management and career coaching of the team of consultants
- You will use your experience and best practice, implementing processes to ensure the success of our client’s project portfolio.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- You will have proven experience leading and managing large scale projects
- You have experience of coaching and training high performance consulting teams in a professional services company
- You are technically minded and have worked on ERP / EPM /CPM implementations
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively
- Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- You're an individual with the ability to think outside the box
- You are a brilliant multitasker with exceptional organisation skills
- You’re a natural when it comes to communicating with stakeholders at all levels
