
Global Change Management Implementation and Continuous Improvement Lead Bournemouth, England
Job description
Lead a team of 3 (one Associate and two Apprentices) directly delivering Change Transformation Agenda across:
Agile Best Practice:
- Lead Global Change-the-Bank Regulatory Operations teams in Agile best practice adoption and upskilling
- Ensure Confluence Pages are updated with latest process and best practice information
Knowledge Management:
- Work with Global Run-the-Bank and Regional Subject Mater Experts to capture Payments Regulatory Report Knowledge Management Articles
- Support the overall Knowledge Management Upskilling Agenda
- Report on Knowledge Management upskilling progress
PMO, Statistics & Metrics:
- Support Book-of-Work Milestone management as part of the Global Investment Proposal Business case
- Lead Automation of Jira statistics directly supporting Management Information packs as the overall Global Change-the-Bank Book of Work
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Must be a self-starter with hands-on experience in delivering Change Management Process improvements, implementation of solutions to resolve challenges whilst identifying opportunities for quick wins across Change Management processes, metrics and process tracking
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing Agile Best Practices (Confluence, Jira, Scrum) across both Operations and Technology
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing automation of Change the Bank metrics and project management views for MI reporting to exec leadership
- Demonstrate evidence of process flow design and documentation using Signavio, Visio
