This is a phenomenal opportunity for a Procurement Real Estate specialist to join our global Procurement organisation in the LEGO® Group.

Core Responsibilities

Main focus for this role will be to develop long-term global sourcing strategies aligned with market insights, partner requirements and value-add potential for LEGO Real Estate portfolio.

  • Manage supply-base risk and build business continuity and resiliency to minimize disruption potential to our factories, retail and office locations

  • Help drive company’s sustainability ambition through strong partnering across global supply base

  • Drive global spend aggregation to better leverage The LEGO Group’s spending potential

  • Build and maintain Global supplier base - including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management and supplier performance

  • Tap into supplier expertise for innovation and productivity improvements

  • Secure and follow up on performance

  • Strong execution of sourcing events globally through collaboration

Occasional travel to LEGO sites.

Indirect Materials & Services Procurement Organisation spans across multiple areas of spends, covering all ELT areas. IM&S is responsible for procuring Facilities, Construction, IT/Digital, Professional Services, Travel, and Distribution.

This is a critical role in the Facility Procurement Team – handling a large, complex global spend area. The outcomes that this role enables has implications for all the employees of the company. As a Procurement partner to the Business you will be deeply engaged in the setting up of LEGO's location and services strategies both for offices and manufacturing locations globally.

Do you have what it takes

Maybe you have a degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or other related field, but what is more important is

  • Demonstrable experience in Real Estate

  • 5+ years Procurement experience gained in multi-national environments

  • High level of expertise in contract management and tendering processes

  • Proven record of building and delivering strong cases for business value add

  • Global category management experience - deep insight and understanding of demand and cost driver optimisation

  • Sophisticated communication skills, the ability to interact with confidence with individuals at various levels

  • Have the capability to proactively lead and deliver multiple projects successfully

  • Strong ability to work across multiple functions and matrixed organization

The role can be based in Billund(Denmark), London or Singapore.
