The Global 100 Rotational Leadership Development Program is designed to provide recent MBA graduates with a global perspective and dynamic experience to develop them into the next generation of leaders. The program focuses on cultivating a diverse and customized experience during its 15-month duration.
Depending on background and interest, program participants will have an opportunity to work in one of our Strategic Business Units and Service Lines including rotating through our Digital and Consulting practices and emerging technologies.
Upon completion of the rotational program, Global Business Managers will continue in a permanent leadership role based on interest, career potential and business needs. Permanent roles may exist in Consulting, Business Development, Domain or Sales.
Program Highlights
- Unique opportunity to learn during three rotational assignments ranging from 3-6 months in duration
- International rotation (any geography) will be planned for 3 months based on available opportunities
- Rotations will primarily offer roles in Delivery, Sales, Digital, and Consulting
- Option to choose an Elective in any of Wipro’s Business Units and Technology Practices
- Order of rotations are tailored for each program participant based on business needs, alignment with final role, previous experience and individual preferences
- Opportunities to work on technology solutions involving Social Media, Mobility, Analytics, Digital, Cyber Security, Engineering Services and Cloud
- Exposure to senior leaders with focused mentorship, leadership coaching, and professional networking
- Intensive induction program during the first two weeks and continued training and learning opportunities for the duration of the program as a cohort
- MBA degree with a completion date of December 2022 or May/June 2023
- 3-7 years of previous work experience
- Demonstrated leadership, analytics and problem solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and to demonstrate high levels of grit, resilience and adaptability
- Aptitude to work in a variety of functions and environments, with strategic and global mindset
- Engaging communication skills and ability to influence decisions
- Ability to travel and relocate throughout the program
- Eligibility to work on a permanent basis in the country of hire without sponsorship
