Acting as a Centre of Excellence to support all ALDI countries, the International Media team is on a mission to lead the development of a world class media and advertising operation within the ever-changing grocery sector.

You will play a key role in the department, improving ALDI’s media output and leading projects to drive effectiveness and efficiency in media across all our countries. Your New Role:
- Working with all ALDI markets to help improve media effectiveness and performance in all offline and online channels.
- Developing and implementing media best practice across all markets
- Working to solve media challenges and staying up to date with trends and developments in a constantly evolving marketplace
- Developing and delivering complex projects to help improve media at ALDI
- Working closely with the global ALDI community and multiple other stakeholders. You’ll be collaborating with local teams and other global departments to drive success and help solve ALDI’s media challenges.
- Helping markets with campaign briefing and assessing responses, looking at reports and PCAs to analyse performance and suggest improvements for the future
About you:
- Experience of working with paid media channels
- Experience working in a media agency, or in-house media team
- Knowledge of media planning and media channels
- Experience in a Global role or of working with multiple markets, such as the UK, US, Germany, Austria and Italy
- Understanding of media measurement, campaign planning and reporting
- A fantastic eye for detail, strong analytical skills
- Proactive, inquisitive and personable nature
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Ability to communicate to high level stakeholders
What you will get in Return:
- Salary starting from £58,715 rising to £76,160
- 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday-Friday, with an office on demand working model. Your office location will be in Tamworth, with the option to work in Camden
