WHAT YOU''LL DO


ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with global and regional leadership teams of BCG Platinion (PLA), a specialty business unit within BCG’s Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice area. You will partner with regional and global HR, People, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to support ongoing operations and evolution in people models alongside BCG’s evolving digital strategy. You will take the lead shaping BCG Platinion’s global talent strategy, tying together strategic priorities from regions, TDA and other parts of BCG.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic people planning

  • Liaise between regional BCG Platinion HR leads to drive coordinated people strategy
  • Develop proposals on new initiatives related to the EVP, compensation, career paths, titles and other people topics to bring to leadership team for input and approval
  • Take a lead role in ensuring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) objectives are met across the globe
  • Support global people processes for BCG Platinion, working closely with HR Ops, Regional counterparts, and Finance
  • Evolve and drive the global onboarding program and training for lateral hires to be deployed by regional teams
  • Own the global career path framework and criteria for promotion as well the switching criteria between career tracks
  • Communicate and promote TDA.PLA career paths and mobility opportunities
  • Support track changes between BCG Platinion and BCG Traditional Track (TDA.TT), BCG X, and Expert Career Track (TDA.ECT)
  • Proactively report and provide access to key people data with action recommendations
  • Liaise with regional people and business leaders and across functions to coordinate people initiatives and processes
  • Ensure visibility across regions and broadly aligned standards by supporting global people / HR calls
  • Manage global Chapter setup and objectives; work with regional chapters to share best practices and development opportunities
  • Work with regions to roll out PLA L&D journeys and global onboarding programs
  • Design and drive PLA specific content into our overall Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Develop global PLA Recruiting messaging and work with various recruiting organization to support both junior and lateral PLA hiring

Serve as primary interface between global talent teams and TDA.PLA

Support special talent projects related to TDA.PLA as needed, particularly related to potential acquisitions, new business hiring, and other topics as needed


YOU''RE GOOD AT


  • Shaping strategic people-related objectives into well-defined programs and policies and ensuring delivery

  • Leading projects, identifying how best to leverage the skills and capabilities of your team with an eye to the detail, while never losing sight of key goals


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • 10-15+ years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale, global HR Operations ideally within P&L context
  • Familiarity with professional services and/or experience working in a matrixed model
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to clarify problems and articulate solutions
  • Proven excellence with project management and group facilitation across different cultures and with confidential and sensitive topics
  • Proven people/soft skills
  • Experience working with tech and digital talent preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint; strong Excel; familiarity with Workday a plu


YOU''LL WORK WITH


In this role you will work with the Global TDA & BCG Platinion PAL, the TDA & BCG Platinion Executive Director, regional BCG Platinion HR Directors, and global leadership teams to help shape, drive, and manage ongoing HR topics for BCG Platinion. You will report into the Tech & Digital Advantage and BCG Platinion Executive Director. Given the global focus, you will be expected to take calls and/or work during some off-hours as needed.
