About the role
Our Influencer Account Managers are responsible for creating and executing inspiring and innovative campaigns/events with content creators, on behalf of our client portfolio
- Be fluent in both the English and German language (written and spoken)
- Contribute to the influencer strategy for our portfolio of clients, to include overall objectives, tactics, calendar of activities and budget creation/management.
- Research and recruit new talent for our client portfolio, covering all social platforms.
- Develop strong relationships with both our clients and our key content creators.
- Be able to manage relationships across a number of territories
- Report the success of your campaigns to clients against an agreed set of KPI’s.
- Able to work proactively with the traditional affiliate team to align
- Assisting in ideation, creation and execution of events for our talent.
- Proactively use the Silverbean ways of working.
- Be consistently visible throughout the agency as a respected expert
- Be aware of emerging trends that will affect the future of Affiliate and Partner Marketing and recommend strategies to address these
What we would be looking at from you;
- Experienced: You will have a proven record of experience within executing campaigns via multiple social media platforms and talent management.
- Creative and innovative: You will develop inspiring campaign and content ideas, and proactively assess future trends.
- Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a challenging workload, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
- Passionate about social media, trends and up-and-coming content creators
- Flexible: Offering creative, innovative campaign ideas across a broad range of client verticals
- Knowledgeable about the nuances of working across all major social networks; with a particular emphasis on Instagram and TikTok. Knowledge of Twitch and gaming platforms is desirable.
- Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be able to look for different ways of doing things, going above and beyond for your clients and taking calculated risks where necessary.
- An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience, you will have excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded; Deliver profitable results within set budget and have a proven track record of delivering results.
The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we can get to know each other better and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role.
