The Person:
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our newly established factory in Nuneaton, a key member of the Warehouse team, you will be responsible for storing the raw materials and packing of our delicious snacks, as well as waving off the finished product.
You’ll be managing stock so that it will be quick and easy to locate. You’ll ensure all stock is secured in a safe environment and maintain the warehouse to a high standard using a participative approach to Health & Safety.
The ideal person must have a clear sense of ownership alongside a desire to be the best version of themselves each and every day.

The Role & Responsibilities- Reporting to the Warehouse Team leader, you will be responsible for the inbound receipting and despatching of goods andf fulfilling productions replenishment requirement of materials.
- You must have basic numeracy and English Language skills and will be able to follow safety and hygiene instructions.
- The opportunity is suitable for someone with good practical skills, who works quickly and accurately, is a good team worker and is able to concentrate over long periods
- Health and Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and you will also be responsible for reporting any issues that arise or for suggesting improvements to help us work even smarter and safer.
- There is a fantastic opportunity to progress and become a lead operative, these have added pizzazz with the responsibility for being a subject matter expert in their field.
Knowledge Requirements:
Previous experience in food manufacturing or Warehousing environments preferable. Being aware that this a food manufacturing site and you will be on your feet for long period of time and operating equipment and enjoying your time at work is critical.
- Numeracy and English language skills. (These will be tested at the interview)
- Ability to work quickly and methodically.
- Good teamworking skills.
- Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Awareness of health and safety.
- Experience working in Food Manufacturing. *Desirable
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and maths. *Desirable
- Current Hygiene + Health and Safety certificate. *Desirable
Operational Shift Patterns available
Night Shift: 22:00-06:00 £11.78p/h + 15% shift allowance = £13.54p/h
