Salary: £57,000 - £66,000 DOE
Bonus: 25% potential - Up to £82,500 OTE
Extra: Up to 3k bonus potential after passing probation
Locations: Westfield, Stratford

Role Overview
The PRS& Samsung General Manager is accountable for delivering PRS& Samsung goals, through alignment with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, inspirational team leadership and development and an unswerving desire to introduce PRS& Samsung products that deliver the key features that will deliver customer benefits at an individual customer level.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Health and safety across the site
- Maintaining store standards at all times
- Managing colleagues across all departments on all metrics they are accountable for
- Following the PRS processes, guidelines and policies at all times
- Key holding and general shift management
- Planning prioritising and delegating your own and others work, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
- High level resource management, ensuring budgets across the board are adhered to
- Working with the Heads of Department on any retail based high level projects
Evidencable Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in people management, leadership and direction –setting a clear direction for your team, inspiring others, and able to articulate our values with conviction
- Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty
- Passionate about people –from customers to stakeholders
- The ability to prioritise workloads while balancing a multiskilled team's deployment in a multilevel site
- A commercially minded approach to retail
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to promote the benefits of change to those around you
- Previous high level retail management experience is essential
- Knowledge of the Samsung eco system and a love for all things tech
- Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning
- Can effectively demonstrate ability in managing large teams (30+)
- Evidence of people development and future succession planning
