Opened in December following a conversion of £1.6m, this is the second suburban site for the Browns estate. It boasts a large external garden and a restaurant with 200 cover dining spaces, as well as additional bar seating. There is a car park at the business and it is situated close to tube and train lines so commutable from many areas. This is a high profile newly developed business with fantastic room to grow sales. The management team is very stable and there is an Accredited Head Chef leading the kitchen team.
This opportunity comes with the added benefit of newly refurbished onsite accommodation comprising of 2 bedrooms and a study, that could be used as a 3rd bedroom if wanted.
