Kidspace Croydon is now recruiting for a General Manager to lead the team to success and ensure our visitors have the best experience.

Escapade Group Limited operate the ultimate indoor and outdoor adventure parks. The Escapade Group currently operate three popular brands over five sites:

About the Role
The General Manager is responsible for the whole site and will ensure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day business.
With a focus on health and safety at all times, the General Manager will drive the visitor experience, ensure the centre is clean and well-presented and will carefully control operating costs in line with the operating calendar and visitor volume.
Managing and overseeing a team, this role will motivate and lead a team to ensure they are fully engaged in delivering the best visitor experience possible.
This is a varied role which will be hands-on and will involve working in all areas and departments, including Duty Management shifts. Please be aware that the expectations would be to work a minimum of one day each weekend, and fluctuating working hours, including 'open' shifts and 'close' shifts.
Based in Croydon, this is a full-time permanent position and will work any five days out of seven. The salary for this role is circa £35,000/annum, plus team benefits, depending on experience.

- Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment
- Previous experience of working in a visitor attraction/venue is highly attractive
IOSH Certificate is also desirable for this role.
